Dr. Nokuthula Mtshali is a Lecturer in Sport Sciences at the Vaal University of Technology (VUT) in Vanderbijlpark, South Africa, where she contributes to teaching and research in health and exercise sciences with an emphasis on non-communicable diseases and human performance. She holds a PhD in Sport Science, which reflects her commitment to understanding how physical activity and therapeutic exercise influence health outcomes, particularly in populations affected by chronic conditions such as diabetes and metabolic disorders.
